These Terms & Conditions and the online forms on transferski website (transferski.com) constitute the entire Agreement concerning the provision of the vehicle with driver hire (hereinafter referred to as “Service”) between you and transferski.com. Completion of one of the online forms on the transferski.com website and use of the Service indicates your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy policies at transferski.com/terms

1.1 The booking of your transportation can be secured with prepayment or credit/debit card pre-authorization.

1.2 Transportation reservation is confirmed immediately once all requested details are supplied and clearly confirmed by transferski.com dispatcher (by email) or after prepayment or after credit/debit card pre-authorization. 

2.1 Cash on the spot to the driver in Euro, Swiss Franc (1 EUR = 1.20 CHF), , US Dollar (1 CHF = 1 USD).

2.2 Bank transfer at least 14 days in advance. (the charge is done in EUR + 2,2% surcharge)

2.3 PayPal in advance. (the charge is done in CHF according to the exchange rate above + 0% surcharge)

2.4 Credit or debit card in advance. (the charge is done in CHF according to the exchange rate above + 2.5% surcharge)

2.5 We currently don’t accept credit cards in the vehicles.

Note: All the prices on transferski.com website are quoted in CHF and EUR and per whole vehicle – not per person.

3.1 You can change your pick up date or time free of charge with at least 72 hours notice. Cancellation with shorter notice than 72 hours before the collection date and time results in full cost of the transportation, including bank fees, credit/debit card fees or PayPal fees. The change can be made only via email contact@transferski.com.

3.2 In case you have booked a transfer or trip, you are obligated to be reachable on Your cell phone/WhatsApp (a day before your pickup), because the driver will reconfirm your ride (WhatsApp, SMS or call). If your transfer/trip is not paid in advance and the driver can not reach you on your phone number, the pick up will not be implemented. If you know in advance, you will be out of phone, please report it to transferski.com dispatcher to avoid the transportation cancellation.

3.3 In case your transfer/trip is paid in advance and you are not at the pickup point in the agreed time, the driver will wait 15 minutes and thereafter you have no claim for any chargeback (neither by PayPal payment with guarantee). In any dispute we will use data from vehicle’s GPS that it was at the pickup point in the agreed time, we will use data from driver’s mobile that he tried to contact you (on the number which you provided) and we will use these Terms & Conditions.

3.4 In case of any unforeseen circumstances (driver’s injuries, vehicle break down or other circumstances beyond our control) transferski.com reserves the right to cancel the transportation at anytime, if we have no other available vehicle and/or qualified driver. 

4.1 All the passengers are obligated to have their passports during each ride, because of police controls. All the waiting time and additional kilometers due to issues with absence of passports or visas will be charged extra  per each 15 minutes and per each kilometer.

4.2 transferski.com is not responsible for any damages of your luggage. All your luggage is carried entirely at your risk.

4.3 transferski.com shall not be responsible for any loss due to delays caused by road or traffic conditions beyond its control on the journey. Under no circumstances shall transferski.com be liable (in contract, tort or otherwise) for any loss of profits, business, flight/train/ship tickets refunds or for any indirect or consequential loss whatever. 

4.4 transferski.com shall not be responsible for any delay caused by your failure to allow enough time to reach your destination or if the passengers are not ready for collection at the booked time.

4.5 You are obligated to order a suitable vehicle size for the number of passengers and luggage. transferski.com cannot guarantee to carry excessive amounts of luggage. Please note that a child, no matter what age, counts as one passenger. In case You book the insufficiently large vehicle and the transportation shall not be implemented, it is your failure, which results in full cost of the transportation payable immediately on the spot to the driver. No refunds will be given. 

5.1 transferski.com will refuse or terminate any transportation with immediate effect if any passenger places any driver or vehicle at risk of damage, violence or abuse. This results in full cost of the transportation, payable immediately to the driver and release of the vehicle as soon as it is safe. No refunds will be given. 

5.2 transferski.com will refuse or terminate any transportation with immediate effect if any passenger refuses to be fasten by seat belt or in child car seat (0-12 years) for the entire time of transportation. This results in full cost of the transportation, payable immediately to the driver and release of the vehicle as soon as it is safe. No refunds will be given. 

5.3 If you travel with children under age 13, you are obligated to report it to transferski.com dispatcher by booking. The use of child car seats and boosters is prescribed by Swiss law and the driver will not transfer any child without that. Our child car seats are available free of charge.

6.1 The price is included fuel, car and driver hire, VAT, max. 15-minute restroom breaks, highway toll fees, parking fees at the airports.

6.2 The price is not included sightseeing off the route, lunch stops, tip for the driver, any parking fees (except airport parking fees).

6.3 Non pre-scheduled detours off direct route and stops longer than 15 minutes will be charged extra per each 15 minutes and per each additional kilometer.

7.1 The price is included fuel, car and driver hire, VAT, waiting on the sightseeing spot, restroom breaks, highway toll fees, all parking fees.

7.2 The price is not included sightseeing off the scheduled route, tip for the driver.

7.3 Non pre-scheduled detours off the route will be charged extra per each additional 15 minutes and per each additional kilometer.

8.1 The price is included fuel (no mileage limit per day), car and driver hire (available up to 10 hours per day), VAT, accommodation and diet of the driver, highway toll fees (except special toll road sections), all parking fees.

8.2 The price is not included tour guides, accommodation and diet of the travelers, entry fees, tip for the driver. 

9.1 This contract is subject to Swiss law.
In the field of jurisdiction, any subsequent dispute concerning the interpretation or the performance of the contract will be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Canton of Geneva.

10.1 transferski.com reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions (including exchange rates) at any time by posting changes online at transferski.com/terms.
